Privacy Policy

AI Estimator (operated by Grandi Group Inc.) helps people get an independent, evidence-based assessment of a price, a quote or a provider, and — when they ask for it — helps arrange the work. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

• What you tell us in the chat — your question, the project details, and any photos, videos or documents you upload. This is the substance of the service.
• Contact details — your email address, and a phone number if you give us one, so we can send you a login code or notify you about your request.
• Payment records — handled by Stripe. We store what was purchased and when; we never see or store your card number.
• Publicly available business information — when you ask us to find or check a provider, we look them up in official registries and public sources.

Text messages (SMS)

We text you only after you give us your number and ask us to. There are two cases: a one-time code to confirm a number you entered yourself, and updates about something you already agreed to — a confirmed appointment time, or a reply in a conversation you joined. We never send marketing texts, and we never text someone who has not given us their number.

• You opt in by entering your phone number yourself and asking us to send the code or the updates — see the opt-in page. You can stop at any time by replying STOP.
• Message frequency varies and depends on your own activity — typically only when something you asked about happens.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for assistance.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we use it

To answer your question and produce the assessment you asked for; to remember your projects between conversations so you don't repeat yourself; to reach a provider on your behalf when you have explicitly asked us to; and to keep a record of what was done for you and with your consent.

Who else sees it

Service providers that make the product work — hosting, database, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, and the AI models that produce the analysis — each acting on our instructions. When you ask us to contact a provider on your behalf, that provider sees what is needed to respond to your request and nothing more. We do not sell personal data.

Your control

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — write to privacy@aiestimator.app and we will act on it. Deleting your data removes your chat history and saved projects; records we are required to keep for accounting or legal reasons are retained only as long as the law requires.
