What this service is

AI Estimator (operated by Grandi Group Inc.) provides independent, research-backed assessments — of a price you were quoted, of a provider you are considering, of a decision you are weighing — and, when you ask, helps you arrange the work. Reports are produced by AI models grounded in current public sources, with those sources cited.

What it is not

• It is not legal, medical, or financial advice, and it does not replace a professional you may need.
• We are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider, and we do not perform the work itself.
• A provider we name from public search data is not endorsed by us unless we say plainly that we verified them, and we always say which is which.

Your decisions stay yours

We confirm what can be confirmed and show you what it rests on. Choosing a provider, accepting a price and signing anything remain your decisions. Where we act on your behalf — contacting someone, putting a request to them — we do so only within the permission you have given, and anything binding waits for your explicit approval.

Payment

Paid reports and paid look-ups are one-time charges, shown with their price before you pay, and processed by Stripe. If a report we charged for was not delivered, tell us and we will deliver it or refund it.

Messaging

By giving us your phone number you agree to receive service messages about your own requests: a one-time confirmation code, or a notice about a request that concerns you. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. We do not send marketing texts and we do not share your number with third parties for their marketing.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, to harm or deceive another person, or to obtain assessments of things that endanger health or safety. We will decline those requests.

Liability

We work to be accurate and to say plainly when something is uncertain, but assessments rest on the information available at the time and on sources outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the assessment in question.

Text messaging program

If you give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, you join our messaging program. We send a one-time code to confirm the number, and updates about the requests and appointments you took part in — nothing else, and never marketing. Message frequency varies and depends on your own activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt in or out at any time on our text message page. How we handle the number itself is in our Privacy Policy: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
